Getting Started

Feelmo is an iOS app that translates the small fluctuations of your heartbeat — read by Apple Watch — into six gentle characters. This page walks you through your first setup.

Requirements

  • iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later
  • An Apple Watch is required to measure the Regulation Score
  • App languages: Japanese / English

Without an Apple Watch

Some features, such as the Emotion Log, work on iPhone alone.

Setup

  1. Download Feelmo from the App Store (coming soon)
  2. Open the app and grant HealthKit access as guided. Access is requested step by step, per feature — no permission is needed for features you don't use
  3. At night, just wear your watch and sleep. Your Regulation Score is born from your heart data during sleep

Your first morning

Open the app in the morning and one of the six companions appears on the Home tab, telling you how your body regulated overnight. See Regulation Score for how to read it.

Not a medical device

Feelmo is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment. For any health concern, please consult a medical professional.
