About Feelmo Premium
At the heart of Feelmo Premium is "tomorrow's condition forecast" — tomorrow's condition, made clear like a weather forecast for your body. From tonight's sleep and heart-rate fluctuations, it gently looks ahead to tomorrow morning's balance: days to brace for, days to ease into, a little ahead of time. And the forecast grows more accurate for you the more you use it — a companion whose value deepens the longer you stay.
Even on the free plan, Feelmo gives you everything you need for "daily watching over." Feelmo Premium is an optional subscription for those who, on top of that daily watching over, want to look back more deeply or find what truly fits them.
Feelmo's principle is that rather than guessing at your feelings, we gently watch over the balance of your autonomic nervous system. What Premium opens up are tools that let you view this balance over a longer time span, and in a way that stays closer to you yourself.
First, something we want you to know
The heart of Feelmo lives in the free range. Premium is not something you "can't use without." Today's Balance score and state, the six companions' expressions, the guided breathing (six techniques), and today and yesterday's well-being will always be free to use. It's enough to think of Premium as simply adding "depth" on top of that.
What you can do for free
On the free plan, Feelmo's daily companionship works fully.
- Today's Balance score and the six companions' expressions … your level of balance today, calculated from your Apple Watch HRV (heart rate variability), translated into the faces of Lively, Calm, Neutral, Anxious, Frazzled, and Tired (they never make assertions)
- Mood log and mood calendar … leave a mood from a single word, and look back on a calendar
- Guided breathing (with heart sounds, six techniques) … 4-7-8, Box, Calm, Energy, Sigh, and Coherent
- Well-being and habit logging (today and yesterday) … watch over habits like sleep, sunlight, activity, and hydration for today and yesterday
- On device, deletable anytime … HRV-derived data and scores are kept on your device as a rule, and you can delete them anytime
For watching over "today and this week," free is plenty. Premium is the option for when you want to see the "longer flow" beyond that, and the "just for you" view.
What Premium opens up
When you turn on Premium, the following features unlock. None of them replace the free watching over; instead, they add a longer time span and a reading tuned to your own data.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Tomorrow's condition forecast | From the data up through tonight, we gently share one gauge for tomorrow morning's balance (e.g. 72, around 64–80). Not a guessing game or a diagnosis, but a hint to prepare. Inside the same card sits your weekday tendency calendar — a soft band, drawn from your day-of-week rhythm and your own baseline, for the days beyond tomorrow |
| Long-term trends (balance, autonomic, HRV) | The long flow of your Balance score, autonomic balance, and HRV across not just weeks but months and years. You can see how your own baseline has shifted amid changes in season and daily life |
| Full history (past days & nights) | Go back beyond today and yesterday to revisit past days — habits, sleep (including the yearly 12-month view and past nights), sunlight, steps, and respiratory rate — up to about a year back. (Your Mood Log's weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews are already free.) |
| Which habits help you (habit-impact analysis) | Inside the Kokoro Report's "This week's insight," see how habits such as sleep, exercise, and caffeine actually show up in "your own" balance, made visible from your records by within-person comparison |
| Kokoro Report + PDF for your clinician | Gather a span of your reflections into an easy-to-read look-back, and export an A4, 3-page clinical-style PDF you can hand to a healthcare professional at a consultation |
| Shareable cards | Export your balance reflections as image cards to keep or share |
When you tap a locked screen
When you tap a Premium-only view — long-term trends, the yearly sleep view, a past-day look-back, or the habit-impact analysis and the forecast — the purchase guidance (Paywall) appears. There's no need to force your way through. Whenever something catches your interest, you can take your time and choose.
How to read each feature
More than the numbers themselves, reading by "the difference from your own baseline" is the basics of Feelmo. Please view the Premium screens with the same way of thinking.
Tomorrow's condition forecast
From data up through tonight, such as balance and sleep, we gently share one gauge for tomorrow morning's balance (for example, "72, around 64–80"). This is neither a guessing game nor a diagnosis. Please receive it as a hint to prepare, like "today might be a day to be a little gentle with yourself" or "looks like it'll be fine as usual." It does not try to name a score days ahead—it's simply a look-ahead for tomorrow. For the days beyond that, the same card carries a weekday tendency calendar: soft bands, drawn from your day-of-week rhythm and your own baseline, that sketch a tendency rather than a score. Even if it's off the mark, that might be proof that you've grown more balanced.
Long-term trends (balance, autonomic, HRV)
The Balance score is calculated from Apple Watch–derived HRV (heart rate variability / the fluctuation of R-R intervals), built mainly around multiple HRV-derived clues and measurement stability. Going up and down day by day is natural, so rather than the value of a single day, viewing it as a weekly, monthly, and yearly flow lets you see changes in season, sleep, and life rhythm. The autonomic trajectory of a single day—the flow toward balance, the flow toward wavering—can be traced as a line on the same screen. Read it not by whether the line is high or low compared with others, but by how it compares with "your usual self."
Which habits help you (habit-impact analysis)
A habit that the world calls "good" won't necessarily work for you yourself. The habit-impact analysis — surfaced in the Kokoro Report under "This week's insight" → the habit that helped most — sees, individually, whether things like sleep, exercise, caffeine, or breathing truly move "your" balance, drawn from your own records. It compares your own days with a habit against your days without. If it works, you can keep it up with confidence; and if it doesn't, that becomes a clue for finding another approach that suits you. It's not a diagnosis, just a daily clue. See Which habits help you.
Kokoro Report / shareable cards
The Kokoro Report gathers a span of your reflections — your average Balance score, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and breathing sessions, along with your regulation-and-mood trend, a six-mood breakdown, and a mind-calendar — into one place. You reach it from the Trends tab (the "See your Kokoro Report" button).
From there you can export a PDF you can hand to a healthcare professional: A4, three pages, laid out for black-and-white printing so you can pass it across the table at a consultation.
- Page 1 — a summary: average Balance score, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and breathing sessions; your regulation + mood trend; the six-mood breakdown; a mind-calendar; and Highlights — patterns auto-extracted from your records
- Page 2 — detailed data: weekly HRV / resting heart rate, and a short glossary
- Page 3 — a day-by-day table (up to the most recent 31 days; when the range is longer, it honestly notes "showing the most recent X of Y days")
You can add a message to your clinician, export anonymously (with your name hidden), and it covers the period you’re viewing in Trends — this week, this month, or this year. Your balance reflections can also be kept or shared as image cards.
The Kokoro Report shows tendencies estimated from your autonomic nervous system — it is not a medical diagnosis.
About pricing
Feelmo Premium comes in three plans to choose from. The best value is the yearly plan.
- Yearly … ¥4,980 / year (¥2,980 introductory price for the first year) = about ¥248 a month, for a look-ahead every morning.
- Monthly … ¥980 / month, with a 1-week free trial. Just try "tomorrow" once, and see.
- Weekly … ¥480 / week (an easy way in, no free trial).
The forecast grows more accurate for you the more you use it — a companion whose value deepens the longer you stay. A step ahead, before a rough patch catches you off guard.
About pricing
Prices shown are for Japan and may vary by country or region. For the latest information, see in-app or feelmo.jp.
Purchase, restore, and cancel
- Purchase … done from the Premium guidance in the app, via the App Store (Apple ID). You can also proceed from the purchase guidance (Paywall) that appears when you tap a locked screen
- Restore … after changing devices or reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" on the Premium screen. With the same Apple ID, your previous subscription returns just as it was
- Cancel … you can cancel anytime from iOS "Settings → your name → Subscriptions." Even after canceling, you can keep using Premium as-is until the end of the subscription period
Even if you cancel, your data stays
Even if you cancel Premium, your past records won't disappear. The Premium-only screens simply become hidden, while the free watching over—today's Balance score, the six companions' expressions, the guided breathing, the weekly view—continues just as before.
Your data stays in your hands
HRV-derived data and scores are, as a rule, kept on-device, with no automatic upload. You can delete them anytime. Switching to Premium does not change this policy. For details, see Privacy.
However
Including the Premium features, Feelmo's displays are tendencies estimated from the state of your autonomic nervous system, not a medical diagnosis. Feelmo is not a medical device and does not perform diagnosis or treatment. If a state that concerns you continues, please consult a medical professional.
