Frequently asked questions

Getting started

Install Feelmo on an iPhone running iOS 17 or later, then follow the prompts to choose Apple Health permissions by data type. Balance uses compatible Apple Watch records. Breathing and supported manual entries can be used with iPhone alone. No account registration is required.

Balance Score

Balance is Feelmo’s own reference score. HRV describes changes in the time between heartbeats. The score does not directly measure the autonomic nervous system, emotion, fatigue or recovery, and is not a ranking against other people.

Mood Log

The measurement-based Body Pattern and the State of Mind you choose to record are separate. In Mood Log, you can record a moment or a day, feelings, associated events and an optional note. Saving a new State of Mind entry requires iOS 18 or later and permission to write to Apple Health. Optional cycle tracking lets you record periods, symptoms and basal body temperature, and see an estimated next-period start when available. It does not determine ovulation or fertility.

Feelmo Premium

Free features include Balance on days with usable records, Mood Log, six breathing guides, today’s and yesterday’s Wellbeing records, optional cycle tracking, weather and pressure displays, Apple Watch and widgets. The required device, records and permissions must be available.

Feelmo Premium adds detailed trends, up to one year of past-day history, habit associations, Tomorrow’s Outlook when enough usable records are available, PDF reports and eligible pressure-change notifications. An association does not establish that a habit caused an effect.

Check the purchase screen for your actual price, currency, billing period and trial eligibility. Subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not want to continue after a trial, cancel in Apple’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before it ends. Restore purchases using the Apple Account used to purchase. Check Apple’s information for when access ends after cancellation of a paid plan or trial.

When records do not appear

Check Apple Watch connection and fit, whether compatible records are present in Apple Health, and Feelmo’s read permissions. Reopen Feelmo, allow time for syncing, then check again. Wearing Watch overnight does not guarantee records; compatible daytime records may also be used. An absent display is not a finding about your health.

Data and privacy

Health-data analysis and Feelmo records stay on your device and are not automatically sent to the Provider’s servers. Optional iCloud sync is off by default and includes only settings without health data. It does not transfer Feelmo records to another device. Apple Health storage and syncing follow your Apple settings. An export or share you start sends your chosen content to your chosen destination. Resetting Feelmo does not delete Apple Health records.

Languages

The app supports 15 languages and follows your iOS language settings. To change only Feelmo’s language, open Feelmo in iPhone Settings and look for Language. Number, date and unit formats may vary with region settings.
