Reading the Screens
Feelmo is built from five tabs. Five places to look, to record, and to tune. Here is what each one is for.
🏠 Home
The first screen you open in the morning. One of the six companions tells you how your body regulated overnight.
- Today's regulation … the companion nearest your current regulation, with a short message
- Stress / regulation at a glance … a guide to today's state and a simple breakdown
- HRV rhythm … recent HRV and the change from yesterday
Don't fixate on the number — simply receiving which companion appeared is enough to start.
♡ Emotion Log
A place to leave feelings and look back. Switch between calendar and graph views.
- Calendar … a month of feelings, at a glance in colour
- Graph … follow regulation and feelings across day, week, month, year
See Using the Emotion Log for more.
🌈 Breathing
Guided breathing sessions you can choose by state.
- 4-7-8 to settle, Box breathing to gather focus, and more — chosen by situation
- HRV is measured before and after, visualizing the change of settling
See Breathing Sessions. You can also try it for 30 seconds on the web: feelmo.jp/#breathe
🌙 Behavior
Sleep, sunlight, and activity are recorded automatically, and their relationship to regulation is watched.
- Sleep, sunlight, and activity on one timeline
- An AI coach that gently suggests "actions that help you settle" from their relationship with HRV
See Behavior & AI Coach.
👤 Settings
Manage notifications, permissions, themes, and data.
- Notifications … reminders on/off (Notifications & Reminders)
- Health integration … HealthKit access (Apple Watch & HealthKit)
- Theme & display … appearance settings
- Data … CSV export and deletion (Data & Privacy)
If unsure
The screens are designed to be minimal. Start by opening Home and meeting today's companion.
