Behavior Log & AI Coach

The Behavior tab automatically records sleep, sunlight, and activity, and shows how they relate to your regulation.

Recorded automatically

  • Sleep — duration and heart data during sleep
  • Sunlight — an estimate of daytime outdoor time
  • Activity — steps and workouts

The AI coach

From the correlation between behavior and HRV, the coach gently suggests "actions that help you settle."

  • Suggestions are observational hints, never diagnoses
  • Only anonymous context that cannot identify you is used for AI coaching (when needed)
  • If a suggestion doesn't fit, ignore it. You are always the one who decides

Layering with the Emotion Log

In the Emotion Log tab, calendar, graph, and analysis views let you look back at feelings, behavior, and HRV on the same timeline — by day, week, month, and year — until your own rhythm of settling comes into view.
