Watching from Your Home Screen

Without opening the app, you can gently check "today's companion" and your Regulation Score from a Home Screen widget.

How to add it

  1. Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen
  2. Tap the "+" in the top left (or "Edit" → "Add Widget")
  3. Choose Feelmo from the list
  4. Pick a size and tap "Add Widget"

What the widget shows

  • Today's companion … the character closest to your latest regulation
  • Regulation Score … the latest score

Tapping the widget opens Feelmo.

When the display updates

The widget refreshes when Feelmo re-reads your data.

  • When you first open Feelmo in the morning
  • After overnight background processing has run

If it says "No data yet"

The morning after sleeping with your Apple Watch on, open the app once and the first regulation will reach the widget too. If it doesn't arrive, see When No Reading Arrives.

But note

The widget, too, is not a medical diagnosis. It is a watch over tendencies compared with your usual self.
