The Six Companions

Your regulation arrives as one of six faces. Here is what each one means, and how to live with it.

Energetic

Energetic

Slept well, head light, hand reaching toward something. Regulation is on the higher side and steady. Just don't push too hard.

Calm

Calm

Well-tuned — neither hurrying nor halting. The most peaceful state. Savor the ordinary hours of an uneventful day.

Neutral

Neutral

Neither good nor bad — an ordinary day. Regulation sits near baseline. Feelmo never undervalues the ordinary.

Anxious

Anxious

A faint restlessness, as if the body is bracing for something. A sign that regulation is wobbling. A breathing session may help.

Overload

Overload

You may be pushing through on willpower, but the body is already signaling. Regulation has swung markedly downward. Put half the load down.

Tired

Tired

A body waiting to recover. Regulation has stayed low for a while. Sleeping, and standing still, are real work too.

Their little stories
