Your First Week
Feelmo is not an app that gives you "the right answer" right away. The first week is time for Feelmo to learn you, and for you to get used to Feelmo. Here's a gentle map of what happens.
Days 1–2 — first, wear it and sleep
It begins with wearing your Apple Watch at night. The next morning, your first regulation arrives on the Home tab.
- At this point the score hasn't yet learned what's "like you." Receive which of the six appeared more than the number
- If setup trips you up, see Apple Watch & HealthKit
Days 3–5 — your baseline begins to grow
As a few days of data accumulate, Feelmo gradually begins learning your baseline — your usual self.
- The Regulation Score is most meaningful read as the difference from this baseline, not against others
- On days something stirs, leave a line in the Emotion Log
Days 6–7 — the trend begins to show
Once a week's worth is gathered, the first "line" appears on the graph.
- Watch it as a trend, not a single day — "I recover on weekends," "lower the day after short sleep"
- If you feel like settling, try a breathing session
Small tips for keeping it up
- Don't aim for perfect. A skipped day is fine — Feelmo affirms the ordinary
- Make night-wearing a habit. Charge in short daytime windows
- Don't conclude in a week. Your baseline will keep growing slowly from here
No need to rush
The first week is time for making a map. The line comes after. Keep going at your own pace.
