Notifications & Reminders

Feelmo's notifications are not there to rush you. They let you notice today's regulation gently, and drop by a breath or a log when you need to — quietly, sparingly.

Types of notification

  • Today's regulation … a gentle note in the morning that last night's regulation has arrived
  • Log reminder … a soft cue to help build the habit of the Emotion Log
  • A breath invitation … depending on your state, it may suggest a single breath

You can toggle each type on/off from the Settings tab. Keep only what you need.

When they arrive

  • "Today's regulation" arrives in the morning, once the sleep data has been analyzed
  • Reminder times can be adjusted to fit your daily rhythm

Keep notifications minimal

Feelmo does not believe in rushing behaviour with notifications. If they feel like too many, turn them off without hesitation. Settle at your own pace.

When notifications don't arrive

Check the iOS settings.

Settings → Notifications → Feelmo

Confirm that notifications are allowed, and that they aren't paused by a Focus mode (Do Not Disturb). If a Focus is active during your sleeping hours, the morning notification can arrive late.

If they still don't arrive, reach out via Support.
