When reporting a bug
Where possible, please include:
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro / Apple Watch Series 9)
- iOS / watchOS versions
- What happened, and the steps that led to it
- Roughly when it happened
- A screenshot, if you don't mind
Common issues
The Regulation Score doesn't appear
- Are you sleeping with your Apple Watch on? The score is born mainly from heart data during sleep
- Is HealthKit permission granted? Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Feelmo
- Is sleep data being recorded? Check the Health app for sleep and heart data; watch out for a drained Watch battery

Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Feelmo, per data type, at any time.
Can I carry my data to a new device?
No. Feelmo data is stored only on your device and cannot be migrated or restored on a new device — your records start fresh. The CSV export in the Settings tab is for keeping your records; exported CSV cannot be imported back into the app.
Notifications don't arrive
Check Settings → Notifications → Feelmo, and your Focus (Do Not Disturb) configuration.
